Practice: Just want to practice on your own? Rolling Practice: $20 per session(with own gear) $30 per session if renting VMKS gear. Buy a package of 6 sessions for $100 (with own gear), or $150 (renting gear).

Meeting Place: Rockville Municipal Swim Center @ 355 Martins Lane (indoor pool- fall/winter sessions) or Valley Mill Camp(outdoor pool -summer sessions)
